Networking Social Sponsor          Price: $2,000

Be the official sponsor of the Day 1 evening networking social. The attendees will be treated to food and drinks while networking with their colleagues. Sponsor’s company logo, product or service will be the first thing attendees see as they enter the venue. Sponsors are encouraged to greet attendees and welcome them as they enter the venue. In addition, sponsors will receive one free conference registration, recognition during remarks, a 20% discount on an expo booth, and have their logo listed on the chapter website for 30 days after the conference event. 

Dine-around Sponsor        Price: $500.00 

Be the sponsor of a “one-on-one” dinner with a group of attendees after Day 1! Dine-around Sponsors will be assigned 8 – 12 dinner attendees, who will be your guests for a dinner at a location of your choosing (in City Centre or beyond). Sponsors will be responsible for food and drinks (and transportation to and from the venue if appropriate) for their assigned attendees as well as for their company representatives who attend the dinner. Sponsorships limited by total number of attendees who “opt in” for the dine-arounds, therefore dine-around slots will be given to Sponsors on a first come, first served basis. 

Breakfast Sponsor        Price: $500.00

Attendees will receive complimentary breakfast each morning of the conference. Your company’s logo, product or service will be the first thing that they see as they enjoy the most important meal of the day. Sponsors are encouraged to place brochures near the breakfast area, spend this time at the station to greet attendees and welcome them to the conference. ONLY 2 SPONSORSHIPS AVAILABLE 

Afternoon Break Sponsor        Price: $500.00

Be the official sponsor of the afternoon break on Day 2! The attendees will be treated to afternoon snack, of ice cream, cookies, brownies, etc. and drinks. Sponsor's company logo, product or service will be the first thing that they see as they all gravitate to this extremely popular area to take a much-deserved break. Sponsors are encouraged to spend this time at the break station to greet attendees.  

Conference Bag Sponsor        Estimated Cost: $600     CLAIMED

This exclusive sponsorship is for one Sponsor to provide conference bags for all attendees. Each registered attendee will receive their bag upon registration at the conference. Sponsor is responsible for providing up to 250 bags. Bag must be approved by the Sponsor Exhibits Committee. 

Name Badge Sponsor       Estimated Cost: $600     CLAIMED

This exclusive sponsorship is for one Sponsor to provide conference name badge holders for all attendees. Each registered attendee will be given their name badge in these holders and are required to wear the badges while visiting the sessions and exhibit floor. Sponsor is responsible for providing up to 250 name badge holders. Badge selection must be approved by the Sponsor Exhibits Committee. 

EXHIBITING AT ARMA HOUSTON SPRING CONFERENCE 2024

STANDARD BOOTH EQUIPMENT – $800

•    Each 8’ x 10’ booth space will be set up with 8’x 3’ back wall drape
•    Each standard booth setup includes the following:
o    Company identification sign for back wall drape
o    One (1) Skirted table 30” x 66”
o    Two (2) Chairs
o    Carpeting – the Exhibit Hall at Norris Conference Center is fully carpeted
o    Electrical – one (1) duplex electrical outlet is available upon request at a cost of$25 (Note: 240 volt cannot be provided); the cost is $25 for up to two booth spaces

ADDITIONAL LUNCH TICKETS

One lunch ticket per day is included for each booth space purchased. Please order additional lunch tickets, if needed. On the exhibitor and sponsor registration page, please select the additional ticket titled, "Additional Conference Luncheon".

FREE WIRELESS INTERNET SERVICE

Wireless Internet service is available to all vendors. Hard-wired internet access is available for $75 per drop (when registering please order, if needed).

•    Additional furnishings may be rented through our expo setup partner. More information will be provided in the exhibitor welcome materials to be distributed prior to the event.

EXHIBITOR DOOR PRIZES AND DRAWINGS

Exhibitors may conduct drawings for door prizes or other promotional giveaways, subject to the following guidelines:

•    To ensure fairness, awards should be limited to conference attendees
•    Contestants MUST be present to win.
•    Announcements of drawing results may be made during the afternoon breaks on Tuesday or Wednesday and before the Networking Social.
•    ARMA Houston Conference Team Members will maintain a schedule of drawings and announcements. Exhibitor announcements will be limited to 3 minutes.
•    Any use of the Public Address/sound system in the Exhibit Area must be approved beforehand by the appropriate ARMA Houston Conference Team Member.
